Teach yourself to focus on no thought, this is where you discover insights for the next and the next. Meditate into a quiet mind.

Focus upon a nice feeling in a part of your body, normally the chest or heart, now draw in more to this feeling, draw in more again, keep on drawing in more feeling to this feeling, feel it permeating through the body, breathe deeply and release to this feeling, once in a state of no thought bask in it, flow in it.

Do this every day for about 15 minutes, tune yourself into this feeling and feel yourself floating in a non existence of time and space, the flow of thoughts or insights or a pulsation within will occur, just go with it.

This is total connection to your Inner Consciousness.        

This breathing technique focuses the mind to any experience during the day to gather peace and a solution within. Try it and you will feel a shift within.

Focus Within Get To Know YOU

You are of two parts

Now you are thinking if this were true how do you know?

You all have emotions you can feel your emotions, when your emotions feel elation and love and excited or feeling fun this is your inner consciousness dancing with you and loving your good feeling thoughts which is an emotion because thoughts create the emotion.

When you are feeling bad or negative or unhappy or fearful this is the indicator that your inner consciousness is not joining you on your thought patterns, it is telling you to change your thought or look to a better thought, if you are feeling so deep in this type of thought the best thing to do is take a nap or focus upon something that gives you a good feeling, and it is not drinking or drug taking even though this may be a short term solution but when you are sobber that same thought will arise again.

So now you have it, the better you feel the better it gets and the worse you feel the worse it gets.

Be very aware of where your thoughts are taking you, you will be very surprised how a thought can bounce into all directions.

The ones who focus and identify a thought and where this thought is leading to become a deliberate focuser to their inner consciousness.

Now you are thinking, but why should I focus intentionally?

To focus intentionally is to open up your vibrational escrow to all the good things you have been asking for, it is telling your inner consciousness I am a focused human intentionally focusing upon the energy of the inner consciousness, and when you do this this inner consciousness will find a way to deliver the answers the solutions or the next process to get you to where you want to be.

You all get premonitions – a feeling – a knowing – a inner voice – a inner vision – dreams – This all comes from your inner consciousness, giving you the thought to trust in the greater intelligence which is your life stream, and knows what you want and what it wants for expansion, and the emotions you feel tells you whether you are in synch with this inner consciousness or not.

Go and have fun and feel your way to a new understanding of who you really are, and that is you are all individual gods here to create your desires into a reality by focusing within to the intelligent aspect of you.

There is no such thing as No!

No! is Yes! bring to me the very thing I do not want or do want.

The more you push against or you say No! the more it becomes.                        

When you focus or talk against anything it becomes more, because your attention to the subject makes it More.                                                                                   

Draw your attention or focus only to the outcome, of what you desire.

Your thoughts emit a frequency this frequency then becomes a collection of vibrating pulsating projection to the very thing of which you either want or do not want.

This frequency is Consciousness, very much disbelieved by most, if you can feel emotions this is consciousness directing you to how it feels to your thoughts, and to what you are thinking to those thoughts. How can you tell?

When you feel negative – angry – fear – frustrated etc this is your inner consciousness saying we do not see it that way and is looking to the positive aspect of your thoughts, when you feel negative say to yourself my inner consciousness does not see it this way, and if you can change your thoughts to it is always working out for me or there is a solution to this you will feel this inside of you.

You all must feel this energy inside of you and test it and identify your thoughts to the emotional feelings you are having, and when you do you will begin to tap into this resourceful intelligence who is willing to direct you to the next outcome and so on.

You are all so much more than what you have been taught or think you are.

The mind is everything. What you think you become.
