You are all so much more than what you think you are

Have you had a thought of a person and then the phone rings or you bump into them, have heard a voice speak to you, have you seen inner eye visions, have you had a thought of something that you could not possibly have known the subject, have seen energy out of the corner of your eye, this list goes on and on,

Where do you think this all comes from?

This is who you are

YOU ARE ALL VIBRATIONS OF ENERGY AND ARE CONNECTED TO THIS VIBRATION, WHICH IS THE LARGER PART OF YOU, WHO IS WORKING WITH YOU FOR YOU AND IS ALWAYS RELAYING BACK TO YOU, IT IS YOU THAT IS DISCONNECTED FROM YOU.

YOU ARE ALL INDIVIDUAL GODS CONNECTED TO THE STREAM, WITHIN THIS STREAM IS WHERE YOUR LARGER PART OF YOU IS FEELING YOUR ENERGY AND ALWAYS ENJOYING THE PURE POSITIVE THOUGHTS THAT YOU ARE TRANSMITTING AND LIVING, AND IS EAGER TO RELEASE YOUR DESIRES TO YOU FOR YOU TO ENJOY. YOU MUST TUNE INTO THIS ENERGY.

True connection with consciousness is that all knowing,

how you know you just know,

even though you cannot see it, or touch it, you just know,

it then begins the progression of trusting, believing, and

bringing yourself up to speed in your focus with your Inner Consciousness

Who already knows what you want, and when you are ready for it.

You are streams of energy becoming more,

You are all individual Gods, and not separate 

you are here becoming more, and here to expand you.

You are deliberately creating and deliberately manifesting your creations.

This is your Inner Consciousness

Who is experiencing expansion through you.

The Inner Consciousness within you is of pure energy and

is giving indicators to observe your emotions.

This is your mood indicator to where you are standing at every moment in time.

Every time you feel your mood dive, always remember this is not the pure energy within,

it is you that has deviated from your Inner Consciousness.

 The negative emotion you feel is you looking at the situation of which your Inner Consciousness is not seeing it that way,

Change your thoughts – you must keep up with you.

Meditate – Meditate – Meditate

Teach yourself to focus on no thought, this is where you discover insights for the next and the next. Meditate into a quiet mind.

Focus upon a nice feeling in a part of your body, normally the chest or heart, now draw in more to this feeling, draw in more again, keep on drawing in more feeling to this feeling, feel it permeating through the body, breathe deeply and release to this feeling, once in a state of no thought bask in it, flow in it.

Do this every day for about 15 minutes, tune yourself into this feeling and feel yourself floating in a non existence of time and space, the flow of thoughts or insights or a pulsation within will occur, just go with it.

This is total connection to your Inner Consciousness.        

This breathing technique focuses the mind to any experience during the day to gather peace and a solution within. Try it and you will feel a shift within.

You are of two parts

Consciousness and Human

Consciousness is the larger and greater part of you

It requires the body to experience life

The human is the observer and chooser of what it wants to experience

The human feeds the inner consciousness with thoughts

These thoughts gather a momentum and begin to grow from the human’s thoughts, and with enough imaginative momentum,

the inner consciousness expands with the dream through the thoughts,

it then becomes a realised manifestation and then moves onto a new thought.

There is no such thing as No!

No! is Yes! bring to me the very thing I do not want or do want.

The more you push against or you say No! the more it becomes.                        

When you focus or talk against anything it becomes more, because your attention to the subject makes it More.                                                                                   

Draw your attention or focus only to the outcome, of what you desire.

Your thoughts emit a frequency this frequency then becomes a collection of vibrating pulsating projection to the very thing of which you either want or do not want.

This frequency is Consciousness, very much disbelieved by most, if you can feel emotions this is consciousness directing you to how it feels to your thoughts, and to what you are thinking to those thoughts. How can you tell?

When you feel negative – angry – fear – frustrated etc this is your inner consciousness saying we do not see it that way and is looking to the positive aspect of your thoughts, when you feel negative say to yourself my inner consciousness does not see it this way, and if you can change your thoughts to it is always working out for me or there is a solution to this you will feel this inside of you.

You all must feel this energy inside of you and test it and identify your thoughts to the emotional feelings you are having, and when you do you will begin to tap into this resourceful intelligence who is willing to direct you to the next outcome and so on.

You are all so much more than what you have been taught or think you are.

The mind is everything. What you think you become.
