
Most everyone is programmed by habits, these habits become the basis of what you are living, they then perpetuate to form a habit, these habits form a belief and then you believe in the belief because you make them true, by your habit of thoughts.

Your existence is a vibrational energy, you are spiritualised into form of which is your body, this energy resides within you as you, it lives breathes sees and feels all that you feel and are doing.
If you can follow this thought, you will then come to notice how you feel is what you create.
When you feel good you will notice your day goes well, and the people around you reflect the same pattern, it is a matching vibration.
When you feel moody your day will be moody and the people around you reflect the same pattern it is a matching vibration.
If you are not moody and yet some around you are moody it is still a matching vibration, it is for you to raise your energy above this moody atmosphere, because a matching vibration couldn’t bring you down if you did not have the proclivity of going there it is out of habit of going there, which becomes a matching vibrational energy.
You are here right now to decipher a thought and how the thought feels, if it does not feel good, this is your inner intelligence expressing to you to change your thought to that topic or to look at it differently. A very simple tool, and a very powerful tool. It is up to you to test it and to discover for yourself the emotions to a thought, or behind a thought.
Did you know every ailment or sickness is created by thought, the more you think it the more it becomes, it is all created by a habit, so don’t think it! Break the cycle.
